We currently deliver within the UK only.

Dispatch Times

Orders paid for before 1pm, Monday to Saturday, are dispatched the same day wherever possible. Orders placed after 1pm, on Sundays or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Please note that customised items are dispatched on the next working day.

For orders under £25

Standard Delivery — Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £2.75
Please note: Royal Mail Tracked 48 does not deliver on Saturdays.

Express Delivery — Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £3.85

For orders of £25 or more

Express Delivery — Royal Mail Tracked 24 — Free

Urn Delivery

Due to their size, weight and the additional care required for transit, all orders containing an urn are sent using a dedicated £15 tracked delivery service.

This £15 urn delivery charge applies regardless of the order total and replaces any standard or free delivery option that may otherwise apply.

Delivery Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Delivery times are provided by Royal Mail and are estimates rather than guarantees. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by Royal Mail, adverse weather, bank holidays or circumstances outside our control.
